November Visa Bulletin Now Available

November 2013 visa bulletin is now available.

F2A category priority date for spouse and children of permanent residents remain the same on September 8, 2013 for most countries and September 1, 2013 for Mexico.

Other family based categories moved up slightly.

For employment-based categories, EB2 remains current for most countries except China and India. China’s EB2 priority date moved up about 3 weeks from September 15, 2008 to October 8, 2008. India’s EB2 priority date remains the same at June 15, 2008.

EB3 priority date moved up for most countries including China and Mexico from July 1, 2010 to October 1, 2010. However, India’s EB3 priority date remains the same at September 22, 2003.
