October 2014 Visa Bulletin Now Available – EB3 China Moves Forward

Department of State released the October 2014 visa bulletin.

Following summary highlights relevant changes for our clients:
• For EB1, all cut-off dates remain current.
• For EB2 (including National Interest Waiver), all cut-off dates except China-mainland born and India remain current. The cut-off date for China-mainland born moved forward about one month to 11/15/2009. The cut-off date for India remains same at 5/1/2009.
• EB3 China moved forward 5 months to 4/1/2009. EB3 India moved forward 7 days to 11/15/2003. All other EB3 cut-off date moved forward 6 months to 10/1/2011.
• For EB5, cut-off dates remain current.
• In the family sponsored F2A category, the cut-off date for China-mainland born and most other countries except Mexico moved forward 1 month to 2/1/2013.
