December 2014 Visa Bulletin

Department of State released the December 2014 visa bulletin.

Following summary highlights relevant changes for our clients:
• For EB1, all cut-off dates remain current.
• For EB2 (including National Interest Waiver), all cut-off dates except China-mainland born and India remain current. The cut-off date for China-mainland born moved forward slightly less than one month to 1/1/2010. The cut-off date for India remains same at 2/15/2005.
• EB3 China remains same at 1/1/2010. EB3 India moved forward 9 days to 12/1/2003. All other EB3 cut-off date moved forward 6 months to 11/1/2012.
• For EB5, cut-off dates remain current.
• In the family sponsored F2A category, the cut-off date for China-mainland born and most other countries except Mexico moved forward 21 days to 3/22/2013.
