January 2015 Visa Bulletin – EB3 China moves forward more than 1 year

Department of State released the January 2015 visa bulletin.

Following summary highlights relevant changes for our clients:
• For EB1, all cut-off dates remain current.
• For EB2 (including National Interest Waiver), all cut-off dates except China-mainland born and India remain current. The cut-off date for China-mainland born moved forward one month to 2/1/2010. The cut-off date for India remains same at 2/15/2005.
EB3 China moved forward more than 1 year to 3/1/2011. EB3 India moved forward 15 days to 12/15/2003. All other EB3 cut-off date moved forward 7 months to 6/1/2013.
• For EB5, cut-off dates remain current.
• In the family sponsored F2A category, the cut-off date for China-mainland born and most other countries except Mexico moved forward almost one month to 4/15/2013.
