March 2015 Visa Bulletin – EB2 China moves forward about 6 months

Department of State has released the March 2015 Visa Bulletin.
Accordingly, the following highlights summarize the relevant changes for our clients.
- For EB1, all cut-off dates remain current.
- For EB2 (including National Interest Waiver), all cut-off dates except China-mainland born and India remain current. The cut-off date for China-mainland born moved forward about 5 months and half to 09/01/2010. The cut-off date for India moved forward one year and 4 months to 01/01/2007.
- EB3 China moved forward 52 days to 10/22/2011. EB3 India moved forward 9 days to 01/01/04. All other EB3 cut-off dates moved forward 5 months to 06/01/2014.
- For EB5, the cut-off dates remain current.
- In the family sponsored F2A category, the cut-off date for China-mainland born and most other countries except Mexico moved forward more than one month to 06/22/2013.
