April 2015 Visa Bulletin – EB2 China moves forward about 7 months, EB3 China moves backward about 10 months

Department of State has released the April 2015 Visa Bulletin.
Accordingly, the following highlights summarize the relevant changes for our clients.
- For EB1, all cut-off dates remain current.
- For EB2 (including National Interest Waiver), all cut-off dates except China-mainland born and India remain current. The cut-off date for China-mainland born moved forward about 7 months to 04/01/2011. The cut-off date for India moved forward about 8 months to 09/01/2007.
- EB3 China moved backward for about 10 months to 01/01/2011. EB3 India moved forward 7 days to 01/01/04. All other EB3 cut-off dates moved forward 4 months to 10/01/2014.
- For EB5, the cut-off dates remain current.
- In the family sponsored F2A category, the cut-off date for China-mainland born and most other countries except Mexico moved forward more than one month to 08/13/2013.
If your priority date will be current next month and have previously filed an I-485, then please contact the USCIS. If you have not filed I-485 yet and your priority date will be current next month, you will be eligible to file I-485 next month.
