February 2015 Visa Bulletin – EB3 China moves forward another 6 months
Department of State has released the February 2015 Visa Bulletin.
Accordingly, the following highlights summarize the relevant changes for our clients.
- For EB1, all cut-off dates remain current
- For EB2 (including National Interest Waiver), all cut-off dates except China-mainland born and India remain current. The cut-off date for China-mainland born moved forward one month and half to 3/15/2010. The cut-off date for India moved forward 6 months and half to 9/1/2005.
- EB3 China moved forward another 6 months to 9/1/2011. EB3 India moved forward 7 days to 12/22/03. All other EB3 cut-off dates moved forward 7 months to 1/1/2014.
- For EB5, the cut-off dates remain current.
- In the family sponsored F2A category, the cut-off date for China-mainland born and most other countries except Mexico moved forward almost one month to 5/8/2013
