To meet the higher expectations of our growing list of clients, we are proud to announce the addition of Mr. William D. Johnson as Of Counsel, relocation of our Irvine office, and the opening of a new office in San Diego.

Visatopia Welcomes Mr. William D. Johnson

Over the years, Visatopia has helped individuals and businesses on all types of employment based and business-related immigration cases. As the needs and complexity of our clients’ businesses have grown, so have our services.

Mr. Johnson will be instrumental in assisting our business clients achieve their growing business needs, such as setting up companies, drafting appropriate corporate structures, and negotiating franchise, property acquisition, and asset protection deals. Mr. Johnson has over 30 years of experience in corporate law, especially in helping foreign companies expand in the U.S., and business litigation. He attended Harvard Law School where he was the editor of Harvard International Law Journal, as well as Columbia Law School, where he completed his Doctor of Jurisprudence.

Visatopia Moves into More Spacious Office in Irvine

Since January of 2014, the firm’s presence in Orange County has grown considerably. As a result, we are relocating to a more spacious office in Irvine. The office is strategically located, straddling Los Angeles, Orange, and Sand Diego County.

The office is centrally located within Orange County and is home to over 16,000 businesses and several industry clusters. The office has easy access to major freeways, rails, regional bus routes, the i-Shuttle system, airports, well-educated workforce, and excellent public services. Moreover, the office is located in an award winning master-planned community that is named as one of America’s “most livable communities” with ample opportunities for dining, shopping, recreation, housing, and community services.

“We are excited about the Irvine office in 2015,” said Mr. Zhang. “Last year, the Irvine office had limited office hours. This year we are moving into a beautiful building with a resident attorney and regular office hours.”

Visatopia Opens New Office in San Diego

Since our growing list of clients are located throughout California, we are doing our part to reduce traffic. To that end, we are opening offices in Irvine and San Diego, in addition to our office in Arcadia.
