Our Law Firm experienced considerable growth and tremendous success this past year. We deepened the roots of our Southern California law practice through strengthening our Arcadia Office, expanding our Irvine Office, and staffing our San Diego Office with highly competent and experienced legal staff.  We successfully handled a large volume of cases during the chaotic and busy H-1B season, while continuously handling numerous L-1, EB-1C and EB-5 cases throughout the year. We have helped many foreigners with extraordinary abilities, skills and talents secure immigrant visas in the United States. We are very proud to represent so many hopeful, cooperative, and enthusiastic clients seeking lawful status in this country.

Furthermore, Attorney Daqin Zhang has been voted as “The Most Reliable H-1B Attorney” in 2015 by a survey conducted by the Chinese Career Center. We are confident that we will claim that title once again in 2016.

Our team continues to grow, just as we continue to handle more and more complex immigration related matters. In 2016, we plan to open a liaison office in Beijing. We are also currently assisting a group of 48 EB-5 investors in regional center termination defense, regional center concurrent sponsorship, and the corporate governance, loan converting to shares, and securities law issues related to their EB-5 investments.

2016 is the Year of the Monkey – the Zodiac Sign traditionally characterized by optimism, intelligence, quick-thinking, and the spirit of adventure.
