Job Opening: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

 ·         Design, develop, and maintain the law firm’s digital marketing infrastructure, including the front-end and back-end components of its public-facing website and campaign landing pages.

o   Implement custom website features to enhance client intake workflows, lead generation forms, and information access.

·         Conduct technical SEO audits and implement website optimization strategies to improve the firm’s organic search ranking and user acquisition performance.

o   Monitor crawl errors, page speed issues, and user behavior metrics using analytics dashboards.

·         Build and deploy data-driven digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and legal content platforms.

·         Track and analyze performance KPIs such as open rates, bounce rates, CTR, and conversion funnels to guide iterative improvements.

·         Produce and optimize digital content, such as videos, interactive graphics, and long-form explainers, targeted at audiences seeking immigration legal services.

·         Architect and manage integrations between marketing platforms to streamline client data tracking and marketing attribution.

·         Support data compliance and maintain high standards for privacy and information security.

·         Create and maintain a modular, reusable template system for digital brochures, downloadable legal guides, intake materials, and presentations.

·         Apply component-based design frameworks and UI/UX best practices to improve usability, visual consistency, and accessibility across all devices and platforms.

·         Analyze competitor digital ecosystems using web scraping tools, open APIs, and social listening dashboards to inform positioning strategies and content gaps.

·         Explore and prototype an app that supplements the firm’s digital strategy and serves as an immigration-focused digital knowledge base, offering clients a searchable reference for legal topics, service categories, intake processes, FAQs, and case preparation guidance.

 

Minimum Requirements:

·         At least 2 years of work experience in digital marketing, APP and web development, or a related field involving web-based communication and audience engagement.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

·         Proficient with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for front-end development.

·         Familiar with application and website development tools and social media platforms for digital marketing.

·         Strong communication skills and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
