Job Opening: Business Editors

Job Duties:

·         Develop professional, accurate, and grammatically correct business publications in various formats, including business brochures, business cards, newsletters, press releases, business seminar pamphlets, and more.

·         Create compelling and engaging content for the firm’s website and social media platforms, including WeChat, Sina Weibo, Youtube, TikTok, and LinkedIn, that effectively markets the firm’s professionality and legal services, and attracts and retains clients.

o   Collaborate with attorneys to create comprehensive, informative, and easily digestible guides on different immigrant and nonimmigrant visa categories for our clients and broader audience.

o   Develop supporting materials, such as FAQs, checklists, timelines and infographics, to enhance the usability and effectiveness of the guides.

o   Craft engaging narratives to showcase client success stories that highlight notable achievements, challenges faced, strategies employed, and the positive outcome.

o   Stay abreast of evolving legal updates in immigration law to produce timely update contents that educate both clients and the broader audience on the changes and implications.

·         Manage the online presence of the firm, including setting up and deploying regular newsletters, and publishing engaging and relevant immigration blog articles.

·         Discuss with the firm’s management regarding business immigration legal services, marketing strategies, and advertising methods for the firm’s website and social media.

·         Review, proofread, and edit business communications and marketing materials to enhance readability and ensure adherence to publication standards.

·         Work with marketing agencies to coordinate messaging in advertisements, press releases, and social media platforms and improve the firm’s brand awareness.

·         Develop and execute publication standards, editorial policies, and publishing requirements for marketing projects, as well as internal and external communication standards among employees, management and business partners.

 

Minimal Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Economics, Business or other closely related majors.  Equivalent foreign degree acceptable. 

·         Strong writing and oral communication skills.

·         Advanced computer skills, including Excel, Word and PPT.
