Job Description:

1. Manage the execution of firm’s information technology related projects including develop/enhance/maintain websites, database administration, search engine optimization, newsletters, social media and digital marketing

2. Ensure that projects remain within the prescribed budget, timeline, and goals;

3. Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables;

4. Perform IT project related risk assessments to develop response strategies.

5. Prepare reports indicating the status of current and future projects by organizing, gathering, and assessing data and trends in the each of the firm’s offices and legal market;

6. Evaluate existing information technology systems and draft reports of the performance of current systems;

7. Recommend new or emerging IT systems according to evaluations and reports to ensure that the firm is up-to-date and that it’s IT systems are at their most cost-effective;

8. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

9. Ensure security of data, network access and backup data.

10. Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.

Minimum Requirements:

1. At least Two years’ experience in IT Project Management;

2. Proficiency with IT software and languages including SQL, Tableau, Excel, etc.;

3. Ability to prioritize workload and respond quickly to critical issues.

4. Solid analytical skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
