We are seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist at City of Industry office.
Job Description:
Develop and implement the firm’s business development and client services plan consistently with the firm’s strategic plan and policies set by the firm’s CEO.
Measure the effectiveness of marketing and communications programs and plans.
Plan the firm’s business development budget, including marketing expenditures.
Design and maintain online and print marketing and business development materials for the firm and for attorneys, including firm introduction, practice : Identify, evaluate, and make recommendations for firm/attorney participation in sponsorships, conferences, speaking and writing opportunities, etc. Promote speaking engagements as appropriate.
Manage business development/client services functions, events, and opportunities for the firm, including attorney receptions and celebrations.
Maintain firm databases utilized for marketing, business development, marketing campaigns and client services and generates reports as requested.
Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms, stay up-to-date on the latest market research and advise on improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s in Marketing or Business Administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Excellent research and communication skills (oral and written).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
