Job Description:
· Design and develop visual concepts and solutions that align with the firm’s brand identity and objectives.
· Create compelling visual assets and contents for various marketing materials, including but not limited to logos, brochures, name cards, presentations, print ads, social media ads, newsletters, event collateral, blog posts, digital banners, and email campaigns.
· Design and produce engaging animated infographics, charts, diagrams, and illustrations to simplify complex legal concepts and enhance client communications.
· Develop and maintain templates, style guides, and other design resources to ensure consistency and brand adherence across all firm communications.
· Film and produce multimedia content, such as video animations, video advertisements and interactive presentations, to attract new clients and enhance client engagement and retention.
· Maintain and update the firm’s website style and content, ensuring the website is animated, visually compelling, interactive, informative, and easy to use.
· Manage and update contents in the firm’s social media channels to drive traffic engagement, and conversions of potential clients.
· Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and other partners to oversee the production and delivery of high-quality printed materials and promotional items.
· Monitor performance metrics of posted videos, advertisements, and website contents, such as views, site traffics, clicks to optimize marketing reach.
Minimal Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in animation, graphic design, or marketing.
· Six months of experience in graphic design.
· Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop.
· Proficiency in animation and video editing software such as Adobe Animate and CapCut.
· Extensive knowledge in web applications and social media platforms for digital marketing.
